Quality control users

The Quality Control User Setup page defines which Business Central users can be assigned to quality checks and action plans. A user must be added here before they can access quality control pages in Business Central or be assigned to quality control teams.

To open the page, select the Search icon , enter Quality Control User Setup, and choose the related link.

Field	Description
User ID	Specifies the Business Central user to add as a quality control user. Must match an existing user in the system.
Description	Displays the full name of the user. Read-only, auto-populated from the user record.
Quality Control Manager	When selected, the user can view and modify all quality control checks and actions regardless of assignment. When cleared, the user can only access checks and actions assigned to them or their team.

Deleting a user from this list also removes them from any quality control teams they are a member of.
