Quality control teams

Quality control teams are used to group users and assign responsibility for quality checks, triggers, and action plans. A user can belong to multiple teams. Team membership is configured separately on the Quality control team member matrix page.

To open the page, select the Search icon , enter Quality Control Teams, and choose the related link.

Field	Description
Code	Specifies a unique identifier for the team. Cannot contain the pipe (\|) character.
Description	Specifies a descriptive name for the team.

A team cannot be deleted while it is referenced by quality control checks, triggers, or action plans.
