Quality control options and values

Quality Control (BC)  •  Article  •  8/26/2026  •

A quality control option is a predefined list of selectable answers used on quality plan questions. The option defines the list (for example, Pass/Fail) and its lines define the individual values a user can select (for example, Pass, Fail).

To open the list, select the Search icon , enter Quality Control Options, and choose the related link. The Quality Control Options list page opens, showing all existing options. Select New to create a new option, or select an existing record to open it — both open the Quality Control Option card where you configure the header and lines.
