Quality control categories
Quality control categories let you group related questions together. Categories are used when configuring quality control scores — a category can be set as a scoring criterion, so the score evaluates all questions in that category collectively rather than individually.
For example, a batch of apples might include three separate questions — How many apples have blemishes?, How many have bruises?, and How many have cuts? — all assigned to a Minor Appearance Defects category. Rather than scoring each question individually, the score can evaluate the category as a whole.
Categories can only be assigned to Integer, Decimal, and Option questions. Text, DateTime, and Photo questions are not eligible.
