Features

With the features added in this release of the Aptean Mobile Warehouse Registration extension,

  • You can configure the Skip License Plate Scan in Put Mode description value on the Mobile Profile Setup page for movement to skip the license plate scan in Put mode. When it's value is set to Yes, the system skips the license plate scan and directly moves the license plate orders in the scanned destination bin. For more information, see Setup and Put.

  • The system displays an error message and restricts you from counting if the scanned license plate does not belong to the scanned bin during a physical count. For more information, see Mobile Application Activity.

  • You can configure the Allow Ad Hoc License Plate Move description on the Mobile Profile Setup page for count to allow ad hoc license plate movements during physical count. For more information, see Mobile Profile Setup.

  • You can configure the Auto Select Item No. from Prod. Order Line description on the Mobile Profile Setup page for production to automatically skip the item scanning step during production output. For more information, see Setup.

  • You can configure the Default Shipping Container for Production Output field value on the Mobile Setup page to specify a default shipping container to use during production output when a shipping container cannot be determined from the item's default packaging. For more information, see Mobile Setup.

  • You can configure the Enable Sales Orders and Enable Purchase Orders description values on the Mobile Profile Setup page for home to control the visibility of sales orders and purchase orders in the Aptean Mobile Warehouse app. For more information, see Mobile Profile Setup.

  • You can view and select released purchase orders directly from the Purchase Orders screen in the Aptean Mobile Warehouse App. Selecting a purchase order opens the existing warehouse receipt or creates a new one automatically. For more information, see Purchase Orders.

  • You can view and select released sales orders directly from the Sales Orders screen in the Aptean Mobile Warehouse App. Selecting a sales order opens the existing warehouse pick or creates a new one automatically. For more information, see Sales Orders.

  • You can review and process pending pre-weigh verifications through the Component Verification Workbench, which displays Production Order Components requiring verification with filtering by Pick No., Location, and Status, and enables batch approval or rejection of eSignature Scan Entries directly from the lot-level FactBox.   • You can approve or reject pre-weighed ingredient scan entries using electronic signature directly from the mobile warehouse registration interface, with full audit trail including rejection reason codes, comments, and override tracking. UI/UX changes

The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release.

  • The Component Verification Workbench page has been added.
  • The Rejection Dialog page has been added.
  • The Approve and Reject actions have been added to the weighing line on the Mobile Warehouse Registration page.
  • The eSignature Scan Entries FactBox has been added to the Component Verification Workbench page.
  • The Skip License Plate Scan in Put Mode description has been added to the Mobile Profile Setup page. This description is visible only when the Page field value is set as MOVEMENT.
  • The Allow Ad Hoc License Plate Move description has been added to the Mobile Profile Setup page. Note This description is visible only when the Page field value is set as COUNT.
  • The Auto Select Item No. from Prod. Order Line description has been added to the Mobile Profile Setup page. This description is visible only when the Page field value is set as PRODUCTION.
  • The Default Shipping Container for Production Output field has been added to the Production FastTab on the Mobile Setup page.
  • The Auto Select Item No. from Prod. Order Line description has been added to the Mobile Profile Setup page. This description is visible only when the Page field value is set as PRODUCTION.
  • The Default Shipping Container for Production Output field has been added to the Production FastTab on the Mobile Setup page.
  • The Sales Orders and Purchase Orders icons have been added to the home screen, title view, and list view of the Aptean Mobile Warehouse App. The icons display the count of open orders for the user's active location.
  • The Enable Sales Orders and Enable Purchase Orders descriptions have been added to the Mobile Profile Setup page. These descriptions are visible only when the Page field value is set as HOME.

Resolved issues

The following issue has been resolved in this release.

361482The system incorrectly uses the work date instead of the expiration date calculated from the vendor production date when assigning a lot number based on lot number profiles during a purchase receipt. This issue arises when lot number profiles are configured to assign lot numbers based on expiration date and the expiration date is calculated from the vendor production date on the document.

The minimum version required for the Aptean Mobile Warehouse app to operate with this release is 1.56.310629.0
