Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean Mobile Warehouse Registration extension,

  • The OnBeforeGetWarehouseActivityDescription integration event has been added in the MobileListFDW.XmlPort.al to enable partners to customize or replace the warehouse activity description before it is generated by the system.

  • You can configure the Auto Accept Weight Quantity from Barcode field value on the Mobile Profile Setup page for Pick to allow the system to automatically accept the catchweight weight quantity from a GS1 barcode during warehouse pick, without requiring manual confirmation. For more information, see Parse GS1 barcode at warehouse pick.

  • The system parses GS1 Application Identifier 21 (Shipping Unit Number) from barcodes scanned during warehouse pick and stores the value in the Shipping Unit No. field on the Mobile Scan Entry page. When the Aptean SSCC extension is installed, the system writes the value to the SSCC lines after pick registration for SSCC-enabled customers. This behaviour applies when the Use scanned Serial No. description value on the Mobile Profile Setup page for Pick is set to Shipping Unit No. For more information, see Aptean application for pick activity.

  • The system updates the on-screen description at the license plate step during warehouse pick and inventory movement to instruct you to scan only an existing license plate or SSCC after you scan a new license plate or SSCC. For more information, see Aptean application for pick activity.

UI/UX changes

The Auto Accept Weight Quantity from Barcode field has been added to the Mobile Profile Setup page. This field is visible only when the Page field value is set as PICK.

Resolved issues

The following issues have been resolved in this release.
