Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean Mobile Warehouse Registration extension,

  • You can initiate an unplanned move directly from the Bins tab on the Item Info screen by selecting a bin line and selecting the Move button at the bottom of the screen. The system pre-fills the source location, bin, item, and lot fields from the selected bin line. For more information, see Unplanned move from Item Info.

  • You can initiate a partial license plate move directly from the Bins tab on the Item Info screen by selecting a bin line and selecting the Partial LP Move button at the bottom of the screen. The system pre-fills the source fields from the selected bin and license plate. For more information, see Unplanned move from Item Info.

  • You can select To License Plate in the take mode of the Unplanned Move screen to assign a destination license plate number based on the Pick License Plate Nos. field value on the License Plating Setup page.
  • You can select To License Plate in the partial LP move mode of the unplanned move screen to generate a new destination license plate number based on the Pick License Plate Nos. field value on the License Plating Setup page.
  • The system prints the source and destination license plate labels after completing a partial license plate move based on the Auto Print Source License Plate Label and Auto Print Destination License Plate Label settings on the Mobile Profile Setup page for Movement.

  • You can select Destination LP/SSCC on the Warehouse Pick page to generate a destination license plate number based on the Pick License Plate No.s series on the License Plating Setup page. When Aptean SSCC is installed and the customer is set with Enable SSCC = true, the system generates the destination SSCC based on the customer SSCC format.

  • You can enable the Show Qty by Source No. in Warehouse Pick toggle on the Mobile Setup page to filter and process pick lines by scanned source document during warehouse pick. When all pick lines for the source document are completed, the system appends a completion message in the description. For more information, see Mobile setup, Aptean application for pick activity.

  • You can configure the Transaction timeout (sec) description value on the Mobile Profile Setup page for Home to set the maximum time in seconds the system waits before displaying a socket error during a transaction. The default value is 30 seconds and applies to all transactions in the Aptean Mobile Warehouse app.

UI/UX changes

The Transaction timeout (sec) description value has been added to the Mobile Profile Setup page. This field is visible only when the Page field value is set as HOME.

Resolved issues

The following issues have been resolved in this release.

221678The system fails to update the finished and remaining quantity fields in the production output screen after scanning a barcode. This issue arises when a barcode containing quantity information is scanned during production output.
227853The system does not stop GRAI autofill after processing the first item in a multi-item warehouse pick. This issue arises when a GRAI barcode is scanned and the pick contains multiple items, causing subsequent items to be auto-filled incorrectly.
376103The system displays inventory quantities on the Bins tab of the Item Info screen that differ from those shown on the Inventory Overview page in Business Central.
377462The system does not populate the default dimensions from the location card when running Calculate Inventory on the Mobile Physical Inventory Journal. This issue arises when default dimensions are configured on both the item and the location card.
373874The system does not convert the Creation Date and Creation Time field values to the user's time zone when warehouse register, item register, and item tracking records are created from a mobile device, so these records store and display the server time instead of the user's local time.

The minimum version required for the Aptean Mobile Warehouse app to operate with this release is 1.58.325865.0.
