Review pending pre-weigh verifications
The Component Verification Workbench provides a centralized view of all production order components requiring pre-weigh verification. It displays component-level summaries with pick line details, enabling you to efficiently review, approve, or reject pre-weighed ingredients at both the component and individual pick line levels.
To review pending pre-weigh verifications, follow these steps:

Select the Search icon
, enter Component Verification Workbench, and then choose the related link.The Component Verification Workbench page opens.

In the Pick No. filter, select the warehouse pick number to narrow the list to a specific pick.

In the Location filter, select the location to filter components by warehouse location.

In the Status filter, select the status to display. The available options are:
- Pending: Components awaiting approval
- Ready: All lines approved and within tolerance
- Variance: Picked quantity exceeds tolerance
- Rejected: One or more lines have been rejected

Select Clear Filters to reset all filters and display all components.

Review the component list, which displays the following columns: Prod. Order No., Prod. Order Line No., Item No./Description, Warehouse Pick No., Target Qty, and Status.
You can select the quantity flow fields to drill down into filtered pick line details.

Select a component to view its lot-level details in the eSignature Scan Entries FactBox on the right side of the page.
The FactBox displays lot-level details including Lot No., Actual Qty, and Status for the selected component.

In the eSignature Scan Entries FactBox, select one or more entries to process.

Select Approve Selected to approve the selected scan entries, or select Reject Selected to reject them.
When rejecting, the Rejection dialog opens where you must select a Rejection Reason Code and enter a Rejection Comment.

Complete the electronic signature when prompted to confirm the approval or rejection.
