Enhancements/Modifications

With the features added in this release of the Aptean Mobile Warehouse Registration extension,

  • You can use the Skip action in the kebab menu on the Physical Inventory Count screen to skip a journal line for an item that you do not want to count at that moment and continue with the remaining count lines. For more information, see Physical inventory count.

  • You can modify the Lot No. on the Receipt Details screen when the original value is UNASSIGNED, and the system applies the updated lot number to all mobile scan entries for that item in the receipt after clicking on accept button.

  • You can use the Destination LP action on the Planned Movement screen in Take mode to generate a new license plate at the license-plate step based on Pick license plate Nos in license plating setup. For more information, see Aptean Mobile Warehouse Registration Activity.

  • You can set the Auto register after each scan description value to Yes on the Mobile Profile Setup for PUTAWAY page to register the put-away automatically after each scan. For more information, see Mobile profile setup and Put-away.

  • The system parses the License plate No., item number, lot number, and quantity from GS1 barcodes scanned during production consumption for lot-tracked and license-plate-tracked components. For more information, see Production.

  • The OnBeforeCreatePickFromWhseShipmentLine integration event is added in the Create Pick code unit, enabling custom extensions to modify or override the pick line creation logic when generating warehouse picks from warehouse shipment lines.

  • You can enable the Block Item No. at LP Step setting on the Mobile Setup page to prevent operators from entering an item number at the license-plate step during receipt and production output. When this setting is enabled, the system displays an error if an item number is scanned or typed at the license-plate step. For more information, see Mobile setup.

UI/UX changes

The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release.

  • The Auto register after each scan field has been added to the Mobile Profile Setup page. This description is visible only when the Page field is set as PICK, PUTAWAY, or PLANMOVE.
  • The Production Consumption screen has been enhanced to display improved descriptions for license plate-tracked items, providing more context when scanning components.
  • The Block Item No. at LP Step Boolean has been added to the Mobile Setup page under license plating fast tab.

Resolved issues

The following issues have been resolved in this release.
