Sales Orders

On the Mobile Profile Setup page, if the Enable Sales Orders description value is set to Yes for HOME, the Sales Orders icon is displayed on the home screen of the Aptean Mobile Warehouse app. The icon displays the count of open sales orders for your active location.

Selecting the Sales Orders icon opens the Sales Orders screen, which displays all released sales orders for the user's active location. Each sales order card displays the following fields:

• No.
• Customer
• Shipment No.
• Shipment Status
• Shipment Date
• Transport Route Code
• Pick No.
• Ext. Doc. No.

On this screen you can:

• Search and filter sales orders using the search bar.
• Sort sales orders by No., Transport Route Code, Destination, Shipment Date, Shipment Status, Pick No., or Ext. Doc. No. field value while selecting the respective buttons. You can drag the sort options to rearrange them.
• Select the info icon on a sales order card to view the following additional order details:
  • No.
  • Customer No.
  • Customer Name
  • Address
  • City
  • Postcode
  • Country Region Code
  • Shipment Date
  • Document Date
  • Shipment Method Code
  • Order Date

• Select a sales order card to open the existing warehouse pick or automatically create a new one.
• Select Show Lines to view the lines of the sales order. Each line displays the following fields:
  • Line No.
  • Item No.
  • Description
  • Quantity
  • Quantity to Ship
  • Quantity Shipped
  • Planned Delivery Date
  • Planned Shipment Date
  • Shipment Date

On the lines screen, select the info icon on a line to view the unit of measure.

• Select a line card to open the existing warehouse pick or automatically create a new one.
