View blocked posting attempts

When a user attempts to post or process ingredients that have not been verified, the system blocks the operation and logs the attempt in a tamper-proof enforcement audit log. Each blocked attempt records the user's identity, document type and number, unverified item and lot details, weights, and timestamp. The error message includes a unique log ID for traceability.

To view blocked posting attempts, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Search icon , enter Pre-Weigh Verification History, and then choose the related link.

    The Pre-Weigh Verification History page opens.

  2. Use the filter to select Show Enforcement Events to display only blocked posting attempts.

    Blocked attempts are visually distinguished with a red icon and a Blocked status.

  3. Review the enforcement log entries, which include the user ID, document type, document number, blocked reason, count of unverified lines, and the details of each unverified line.

  4. Select an entry to view the full details including the item numbers, lot numbers, and weights of each unverified line.

The enforcement log is write-once and cannot be modified or deleted. Each posting attempt creates a separate log entry. The error message shown to the blocked user includes the log ID for cross-referencing.
