Search verification history

The Pre-Weigh Verification History page provides a centralized, read-only view of all pre-weigh verification audit log entries. You can search, filter, and export verification records for compliance review, audit inquiries, and batch release documentation. The page supports filters by date range, action type, verifier, item, lot, production order, and posted status, and includes export to Excel, PDF, or CSV.

To search verification history, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Search icon , enter Pre-Weigh Verification History, and then choose the related link.

    The Pre-Weigh Verification History page opens.

  2. Use the filter pane to narrow the results by date range, action type, verifier, item, production order, lot number, or posted status.

  3. Review the summary statistics in the FactBox, which display the total records, approved count, rejected count, and date range.

  4. To export the filtered results, select Export to Excel, Export to PDF, or Export to CSV from the reporting actions.

  5. To generate a batch release report for a specific production order, select Generate Batch Release Report, enter the production order number, and select OK.

    The report is saved as a document attachment on the production order.

The page is read-only. No insert, modify, or delete actions are available. Access is restricted to Quality, Compliance, and Admin roles.
