You can reject multiple pre-weighed verification lines simultaneously in a single action, applying one rejection reason and comment to all selected entries. The batch rejection processes all lines in a single atomic transaction with a single electronic signature, and individual audit trail entries are created for each line linked to a common batch rejection event.

To batch reject verification lines, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Search icon , enter Component Verification Workbench, and then choose the related link.

The Component Verification Workbench page opens.

  2. Select the lines to reject using Ctrl+Click, Shift+Click, or Select All.

  3. Select Reject Selected.

The batch rejection dialog opens, displaying the number of lines selected and total weight affected.

  4. In the Rejection Reason field, select the reason for rejection. The selected reason applies to all lines.

  5. In the Comment field, enter additional details. The comment applies to all selected lines.

The comment is mandatory when the rejection reason is Other.

  6. Select Reject and Re-Weigh.

A confirmation prompt displays: "This will reject [X] lines and trigger re-weigh for all. Continue?"

  7. Select Yes to confirm, then enter your electronic signature credentials.

All selected lines are rejected in a single transaction. A confirmation message displays the count of rejected lines.

If any line fails validation during batch rejection, the entire batch is rolled back. Batch rejection supports up to 100 lines. For batches exceeding 100 lines, a performance warning is displayed before processing.
