Approve multiple pre-weighed ingredients
You can approve multiple pre-weighed ingredient lines simultaneously with a single electronic signature for efficient batch processing. All selected lines receive the same timestamp and approver information, and individual audit trail entries are created for each line with a common batch reference. The operation is fully atomic, meaning that if any line update fails, the entire batch is rolled back.
To approve multiple pre-weighed ingredients, follow these steps:

Select the Search icon
, enter Component Verification Workbench, and then choose the related link.The Component Verification Workbench page opens.

Select the lines to approve using Ctrl+Click, Shift+Click, or Select All.
The selection count displays the number of selected items.

Select Batch Approve.
The electronic signature dialog opens displaying a summary of the selected items.

Enter your credentials and select OK.
The system approves all selected lines simultaneously with the same timestamp and approver information. A confirmation message displays the count of approved items.
If any line fails validation during batch approval, the entire batch is rolled back to prevent inconsistent data states. The selection is cleared after successful batch approval.
