Monitor pending pre-weigh verifications

The Pending Pre-Weigh Verifications cue on the Quality Manager Role Center displays the real-time count of warehouse pick lines awaiting second-person verification. The cue uses color-coded indicators to signal workload levels: normal for 10 or fewer, yellow alert for 11 to 50, and red critical for more than 50 pending verifications.

To monitor pending pre-weigh verifications, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Quality Manager Role Center.

    The Pending Pre-Weigh Verifications cue displays the current count of unverified lines.

  2. Review the cue color to assess workload urgency:

    • Normal: 10 or fewer pending verifications
    • Yellow: 11 to 50 pending verifications
    • Red: More than 50 pending verifications

  3. Select the cue to navigate directly to the Component Verification Workbench filtered to pending approvals.

The cue is visible only to users with verification permissions and is enabled only when the count is greater than zero.
