Review pending pre-weigh verifications

The Component Verification Workbench provides a centralized view of production order components requiring pre-weigh verification. The page displays component-level summary information with FlowFields for picked quantities, approved quantities, variance, lot counts, and pending line counts, while a FactBox shows the lot-level pick line details for the selected component.

To review pending pre-weigh verifications, follow these steps

1. Select the Search icon , enter Component Verification Workbench, and then choose the related link.

   The Component Verification Workbench page opens.

2. Optionally, in the Pick No. filter field, enter the warehouse activity number to focus on a specific pick document.

3. Optionally, use the Location and Status filters to narrow the list.

4. Select a component line to view its pick line details in the Pick Lines FactBox.

   The FactBox displays the lot number, actual weight, weighed by, checked by, status, and rejection reason for each pick line.

5. To approve all pick lines for a component, select the component line and select Approve All.

6. To approve or reject individual pick lines, select the lines in the FactBox and select Approve Selected or Reject Selected.

7. Use the drill-down on FlowField columns such as Picked Total Qty, Approved Total Qty, or Pending Lines Count to view the underlying pick lines.

Approval is always performed against warehouse activity lines (pick lines). A single electronic signature can cover multiple pick lines in a batch operation.
