You can control/check the connection between the Business Central and TLx through the following actions:

Test Auth. - The system sends the API call to TLx as a prior request ensuring the connection between the Business Central and TLx. If successful, a confirmation message appears or else an error is thrown.

When this action is executed for the first time, the Business Central sends a confirmation message to check the frequency and acceptance of the process. The first transaction between Business Central and TLx will take additional minutes than usual.

Delete Access Token – Deletes the current access token and forces the connection for reauthentication during the next API call. You will receive a confirmation message while executing the action.

Check Auth. Token Expiration – Checks if any authentication token exists and displays the expiration date and time associated with the prevailing token. If this action is executed after deleting the access token, a notification appears stating that no valid authentication token prevails.

Set Default API Endpoints – Sets the API Endpoints to the Sandbox or Production environment of the TLx as per the selection. You will receive a confirmation message while switching between the environments.
