Define the shipment method for TLx

The Aptean Total Logistics extension allows you to define which shipment method codes prompt the system to send the information to TLx. It also enables you to specify whether the order is prepaid or collect.

To setup the Shipment Code for TLx, follow the steps below:

1. Select the Search icon , enter Shipment Methods, and then choose the related link.
   The Shipment Methods page opens.

2. Select the Send to TLx checkbox if the respective shipment method code on the orders can be sent to TLx.

3. In the TLx Freight Payment Type field, select the desired value from the dropdown.
   The available options are blank, Prepaid, and Collect.
   It indicates if the payment for the shipment is to be done or receipt or in advance. This payment type option is applicable only for shipments associated with sales orders and purchase orders.

This field is accessible only when the Send to TLx checkbox is selected.
