Highlights of version 2601.1.0.0

Aptean Total Logistix  •  Release Note  •  8/19/2026  •

Features

With the features added in this release of the Aptean TLx Integration Connector, you can:

  • Continue sending updates to TLx after a shipment has been scheduled; posting is now the only thing that stops them. The Send to TLx action warns only when the order is already Delivered or Invoiced.
  • Add custom fields to outbound Sales, Purchase, and Transfer Order payloads through new public integration events on TLXPublisher151FDW; populate the customFields array at both header and line level.
  • Track whether TLx has accepted each order with the new Sent to TLx field on Sales, Purchase, and Transfer Orders (Not Sent, Sent, or Errored), replacing the Sales Order's previous Yes/No field.
  • Delete an order only while TLx has not yet planned a shipment for it: deletion is refused once TLx Status is Scheduled, Confirmed, In Transit, Delivered, or Invoiced; the shipment must be cancelled in TLx and any related warehouse shipment deleted first. Deleting an order TLx still holds at an earlier status now notifies TLx so its copy is removed.
  • Set up the Microsoft Entra ID application TLx uses to call into Business Central in a single guided action: the new Set Up Entra Application action on the TLx Setup page registers the application, requests admin consent where possible, and assigns the permission sets the TLx application user needs.
  • Read the TLx inbound callback URLs directly from Business Central: the new Show TLx Callback URLs action on the TLx Setup page lists all six callback endpoints with their environment-correct URLs, ready to copy into the TLx configuration.

Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean TLx Integration Connector,

  • The inbound Status Update callback can now carry a customFields array, the same as the ScheduleShipment callback already accepts, through one new public integration event on TLXPublisher151FDW.
  • A carrier freight invoice for a Transfer Order now allocates its charge to the transfer's posted Transfer Receipt and marks the order Invoiced, matching existing Sales and Purchase Order behavior.
