Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean Essentials extension,

  • You can view the Item Configurable Code 01 through Item Configurable Code 05 field values on all the sales and purchase document line subforms by enabling them through personalization. The system automatically populates these field values with the corresponding configurable code values from the Item Card page when an item is entered on a document line. The field captions are dynamic and reflect the configured names from the Configurable Codes FastTab on the Inventory Setup page. To know more, see Configurable codes.

  • The system populates the Reason Code field value on the Item Ledger Entries page from the source document.
  • You can view the Customer No. and Customer Name field values directly on the Production Order page. The values are automatically populated from the source sales order when the Source Type field value is set to Sales Order.

  • You can control the source of the Salesperson Code field value on sales documents using the Salesperson Source field on the Sales & Receivables Setup page. To know more, see Salesperson Source.

UI/UX changes

The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release:

  • The Reason Code field has been added to the Item Ledger Entries page.
  • The Customer No. and Customer Name fields have been added to the Production Order page:
  • The Salesperson Source field has been added to the Sales & Receivables Setup page.
