With the feature added in this release of the Aptean Essentials extension, you can:

  • Create custom, language-specific text descriptions as comment lines in invoices and credit memos for consistent document formatting and improved customer communication.

  • Automatically insert configured comment lines when processing invoice and credit memo transactions based on transaction type, language code, and field combinations.
