Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean Warehouse Management System extension, Drink-IT Edition, the following enhancements have been made.

  • The system prints labels on the Warehouse Receipt and Warehouse Shipment pages using the correct unit of measure and quantity based on license plate tracking, lot tracking, and the Print Sales Order Line UoM toggle on the Customer Card and Ship-to Address card pages.

  • The system prints the correct number of labels on the Warehouse Receipt page by generating one label per license plate for LPN-tracked lines, even when a license plate spans multiple lines, and one label per Item-Lot No. combination for non-LPN-tracked lines, displaying the total quantity across all selected lines.

  • The Android WMS app (version 1.16.321092) supports scanning barcodes that contain both GS1 Application Identifier 15 (best before date) and GS1 Application Identifier 17 (expiration date) simultaneously on the Warehouse Receipt module. AI 17 takes precedence by default, and the active identifier is configurable via the GS1 Application Identifier field in Postback Fields.

  • When copying an item that has barcode-type item references, the system displays a worksheet showing the item reference lines of both the source and destination items. The reference no. and internal product variant fields on the destination item lines are editable, and the system prevents duplicate barcode references from being created.

  • The system displays all items in warehouse picks for assembly orders on the WMS scanner, including items with item tracking linked to assembly order lines.

  • You can configure the fields displayed on the inbound receipt screen of the warehouse scanner to show the same range of information available in the outbound process screens.

UI/UX changes

The Print Sales Order Line UoM toggle has been added to the Customer Card and Ship-to Address pages.

Resolved issues

The following issues have been resolved in this release.
