Shop floor production status
The Shop Floor Production Status page provides an overview of the current routing line status for released production orders. It shows the latest status set in Shop Floor Production, along with time and output information for each routing line.
Shop Floor Production Status
Select the Search icon 
, enter Shop Floor Production Status and then choose the related link.
You can also access the Shop Floor Production Status from a specific released production order:
- Select the Search icon , enter Released Production Orders and then choose the related link.
The Released Production Orders page opens.
- Select the preferred No. The Released Production Order page opens.
- On the Lines FastTab, select Line > Routing. The Prod. Order Routing page opens.
- Select the preferred Operation No. and then select Shop Floor Production Status on the action bar. The Shop Floor Production Status page opens, filtered to the selected routing line.
The following fields are displayed on this page.

| Entry No. | Specifies the number of the production status entry. |
| Prod. Order No. | Specifies the number of the production order related to this entry. |
| Prod. Order Line No. | Specifies the line number of the production order that is related to the entry. |
| Item | Specifies the item number related to the production order line. |
| Description | Specifies the description of the item. |
| Operation No. | Specifies the number of the production operation related to the entry. |
| Number of Operators | Specifies the number of operators who worked on the production order. |
| Shop Floor Control Status | Specifies the current status of the production order routing line, as set in Shop Floor Production. |
| Last Status Change | Specifies the date and time of the last status change for this entry. |
| Recurring Value | Specifies the recurring value of this entry. |
| Total Production Time in Minutes | Specifies the total production time in minutes. This is the time that the routing line had the specific Shop Floor Production status. |
| Total Production Time in Hours | Specifies the total production time in hours. The value is automatically calculated by dividing the total production time in minutes by 60. |
| Total Production Time in Seconds | Specifies the total production time in seconds. The value is automatically calculated by multiplying the total production time in minutes by 60. |
| Quality Trigger Recurring Check | Specifies the quality trigger recurring check of this entry. |
| Work Center No. | Specifies the work center number associated with the entry. |
| Total Output Quantity | Specifies the total output quantity registered for this entry. |
| Failure Code | Specifies the code stating the reason behind the failure of the released production order. |
| Failure Text | Specifies the descriptive text that accompanies the failure code. |
The Failure Code and Failure Text fields are kept in sync with the Shop Floor Production Time Entries associated with the released production order.
Prod. Order Routing Status
The Prod. Order Routing Status page shows the current Shop Floor Production status for all routing lines across all released production orders. This provides a cross-order view of where each routing line stands in the production process.
Select the Search icon , enter Prod. Order Routing Status, and then choose the related link.
The current status of each routing line is also displayed on the Prod. Order Routing page within the production order.
