Registration of output

You can register the output for the production order in the Aptean Shop Floor Production (BC) extension. The Output page displays all the items associated with the production order available for output registration along with the expiration date and print function.

Select the Output cues on the production order. This cue provides the percentage of the output items registered for the production order and the registered output quantity in the configured unit of measure code.

The output quantity shown on the Output tile is determined by the Output Display Mode field on the Shop Floor Production Setup page. When set to Total (the default), the tile shows the aggregated finished goods quantity for the entire production order. When set to Routing Specific, the tile shows the output quantity registered at the routing line associated with the current work center. For more information, see Set up shop floor production.

Field	Description
Date Time	Specifies the system time and date when the output is registered.
UOM	Specifies the unit of measure code in which the output is registered based on the configuration on the Item Card page.
Lot No.	Specifies the lot number associated with the item in output registration.
License Plate No.	Specifies the lot number associated with the item in output registration.This is visible only when the Aptean License Plating extension is installed with this extension.
Expiration Date	Specifies the date of expiration of the output. This is based on the option selected in the Output Expiration Date Calc. field and the Expiration Calculation field values from the item card. This field is non-editable.
Actions	Includes functions to edit the output line and print them. If you click the edit icon, the Correct Output Quantity dialog opens where you can modify the registered quantity and also add comments to it. If you click the print icon, the system checks for the label printing functionality. This is applicable only when the Aptean Labeling extension is installed with this extension. When performing an output correction for a catch weight item, the weight is determined based on the item's average weight and the item weight ledger entry is updated accordingly.

On the action bar, select Output.
The Register Output page opens.
