Enhancements/Modifications
With this release of the Aptean Process Manufacturing extension, when an alternate input consumption component is added to a production order, for example through the Add Unplanned Consumption action on the Prod. Order Components page, the system notifies the Aptean Production Over Pick extension of the new component line. This allows the Allowed % Under-pick validation performed when a production order is finished to correctly include consumption registered against alternate input items, in addition to the originally planned component.
Resolved issues
The following issues have been resolved in this release.
| ID | Description |
|---|---|
| 389859 | The system displays incorrect error messages when validating the value in the Flushing Method field for items that reallocate consumption from the main item. The messages state that the item must use the Manual flushing method, although the system also supports the Pick + Manual, Backward, and Pick + Backward flushing methods. |
| 383629 | The system does not correctly calculate the batch size on a production order when the Production BOM has an active Production BOM Version with its own component lines. The Total Output Quantity per Batch (WU) field on the Prod. Order Line does not match the certified Production BOM Version's total, causing the No. of Batches, Quantity per Batch, and Quantity in No. of Batches Rounded fields to be calculated incorrectly. This results in incorrect component consumption on the Prod. Order Components for production orders using the Production BOM Version. |
| 385427 | The system incorrectly updates the Bin Code field value on the Prod. Order Components page to the new work center's To-Production Bin Code when changing the Production Scenario on a production order, ignoring the configuration on the Open Shop Floor Bin Relations page. |
| 392362 | The system fails to populate the bin suffix on production order component lines when a firm planned production order created from the planning worksheet is converted to a released production order using the Change Status action. |
