What's new in version 2603.1.0.0
Resolved issues
The following issues have been resolved in this release.
| ID | Description |
|---|---|
| 382417 | The system does not exclude production order component lines with Consolidated selected in the Component Pick Method field when running the Get Warehouse Documents action on the Pick Worksheet page. As a result, the warehouse picks created from the worksheet include components that the Create Consolidated Production Movement report handles. |
| 379357 | The system fails to explode the production BOM for an unplanned output item added to a production order through the Shop Floor Production integration, resulting in missing production order component lines. |
| 379358 | An error occurs when adding more than one unplanned output to a production order. |
| 379361 | An error occurs when adding any unplanned output to a production order after item ledger entries have been posted against the order. |
| 379359 | The system fails to explode the production BOM for an unplanned output item that has the Exclude from Consumption Reallocation checkbox selected, resulting in missing production order component lines. |
| 380073 | The system does not skip the consolidated consumption warning when the Starting Date-Time field value is changed on a released production order and the Component Pick Method field value is not set to Consolidated for any of the order's components. |
| 386847 | The system fails to post backward consumption for a component item with a negative Quantity per when a Released Production Order is changed to Finished. |
| 376409 | The system fails to display the actual quantity in the component unit of measure on the Production Completion Analysis report when the component BOM unit of measure differs from the item's base unit of measure, resulting in incorrect variance calculations. |
| 382073 | The system fails to respect the Inspection Status when automatically consuming components during Backward and Pick + Backward flushing. This issue arises when a blocked lot is available for consumption. |
| 383030 | An error occurs when the status of a released production order is changed to Finished, if it consumes a component quantity whose consumption was reversed in a previous production order. |
Enhancements/Modifications
With this release of the Aptean Process Manufacturing extension, the consolidated pick and consolidated consumption setup accepts the Pick + Manual and Pick + Backward flushing methods in addition to Manual and Backward, to ensure compatibility with Business Central, version 29. On that version, a production order component line that uses the Manual flushing method no longer generates a production consumption warehouse request, so component lines with the Component Pick Method field value set to Consolidated use the Pick + Manual or Pick + Backward flushing method. The following changes have been made:
- On the Item Card, Item Template Card, and Stockkeeping Unit Card pages, the Component Pick Method field can be set to Consolidated when the Flushing Method field value is Manual, Backward, Pick + Manual, or Pick + Backward.
- On the Item Card, Item Template Card, and Stockkeeping Unit Card pages, the Consolidated Consumption toggle can be turned on when the Flushing Method field value is Manual or Pick + Manual and the Component Pick Method field value is Consolidated.
- On the Prod. Order Components page, the Component Pick Method field and the Consolidated Consumption toggle accept the same flushing methods.
- The same flushing methods are accepted when production BOM lines and consumption reallocation items are validated.
- Production order component lines for which the Component Pick Method field value is Consolidated can now use the Pick + Manual or Pick + Backward flushing method, and are therefore also skipped when warehouse worksheet lines are created, consistent with the other production movement functions that already skip consolidated component lines. The consolidated production movement remains the supported way to move these components to the production area.

Extension dependencies
The following extension has been updated in this release to support the enhanced functionality:
| Extension Name | Minimum version requirement | Extended functionality |
|---|---|---|
| Aptean Catch Weight | 2602.1.0.0 | Catch weight items can be used on consolidated production order component lines that use the Pick + Manual flushing method. For more information, see Integration with Aptean Catch Weight. |
