Modify orders

You can modify previously submitted orders that are in Open status directly from the e-commerce portal. To modify an order, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Home page of the e-commerce portal.
  2. In the calendar, select the required date to view the expected orders.
  3. In the order details displayed for the selected date, select the order you want to modify.
    This opens the Order Recap page.
  4. On the Order Recap page, select the Edit Order button.
  5. Confirm the order modification by selecting the Edit Order button again.

To begin editing an order, your existing cart will be cleared of all items. This action cannot be undone. Once the order modification begins, you are redirected to the My Profile page, and all items on the order being modified are added to the cart. Additionally, the order summary at the top of the My Profile page indicates the ship-to address, receiving date, and order number of the order being modified.

When modifications are complete, perform the checkout process as with any other order to save the changes.

Modify an order from the account dashboard

To modify orders from the account dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Select the account icon.
  2. Select the My Account Dashboard link.
    The My Account Dashboard page opens.
  3. Select the Recent Orders section to view your latest orders.
  4. Select an order with the Open status to open the Order Recap page.
  5. Select the Edit Order button.
  6. To confirm the edit, select the Edit Order button again.
