Features

With the feature added in this release of the Aptean E-Commerce extension, you can select the View Permission Errors button on the Choose Site page of the administration portal to view recent Business Central permission errors for the selected site, so you can identify which apps need permissions for the Entra user. For more information, see Choose a site.

Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean E-Commerce extension, you can turn off the Allow Item Category Filtering toggle on the E-commerce Setup page to hide the item category filter from the e-commerce product browsing page for all customers. The toggle is turned on by default, which keeps the existing filtering behaviour. For more information, see Set up e-commerce.

UI/UX changes

The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release.

  • The View Permission Errors button has been added to the Choose Site page in the Admin Portal.
  • The Allow Item Category Filtering toggle has been added to the E-commerce Setup page.

Resolved issues

The following issues have been resolved in this release.

IDDescription
375673The system fails to update an existing sales quote when changes are submitted from the e-commerce portal, creating a new quote on every update and leaving the original quote orphaned in Business Central with its lines removed.
376312The system fails to complete a reorder from the e-commerce portal when the hide delivery dates setting is enabled.
376448The system fails to create an order when a partial (fractional) item quantity, such as 0.33, is entered in the e-commerce portal.
376696The system fails to complete login on the Safari browser on macOS and iOS or in private/incognito mode for other browsers, redirecting the user back to the login page because third-party cookies are blocked.
376743The system does not display any items on the profile page when the shopping cart references a ship-to address that is no longer valid in Business Central, because catalog items are requested using the outdated ship-to value.
