Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean E-Commerce extension,

You can turn on the Hide Invoices Without Sales Order toggle on the E-commerce Setup page to hide invoices from the e-commerce portal that are not linked to a sales order. When the toggle is turned on, invoices without a linked sales order are excluded from the invoice section on the My Account Dashboard page and from the Invoiced Order Search page. When the toggle is turned off (default), all invoices are displayed. For more information, see Set up e-commerce.

You can turn on the Hide Customer PO No. toggle on the E-commerce Setup page to hide the Customer PO number (External Document No.) during e-commerce checkout and on order, invoice, and quote information returned to the e-commerce portal. When the toggle is turned on, the checkout flow does not prompt the customer for a Customer PO number, and the value is omitted from order history, order detail, order confirmation, invoice, and quote displays in the e-commerce portal. When the toggle is turned off (default), the existing behaviour is unchanged. For more information, see Set up e-commerce.

The Hide Customer PO No. and Hide Invoices Without Sales Order toggles have been added to the E-commerce Setup page.

The following issues have been resolved in this release.

ID	Description
370012	The system incorrectly includes all invoice lines — including automatic packaging lines, Comment lines, and G/L Account lines — when reordering from a previous order or invoice through the e-commerce portal. Additionally, the system allows the Reorder action to be selected when no valid item lines exist on the source order or invoice.
371927	The system fails to display dates in the user's locale format on the e-commerce portal, showing dates in MM/DD/YYYY format for EMEA users regardless of the configured language.
371928	The system fails to persist the language selection made on the Dashboard page across logout and login in the same browser, reverting to a default locale on subsequent sessions.
373473	The system incorrectly center-crops tall or non-square product images to a square in the product profile and the item detail popup, hiding parts of the image content.
375342	The system incorrectly returns a mixed set of customer item catalog rows — combining sell-to and ship-to scopes — to the e-commerce portal when a customer has catalog rows assigned at both levels, causing the My Profile item list and keyword search results to display items that should be filtered out by the selected ship-to address.
