The system analyzes mixed inventory pallets and determines the appropriate processing mode, reducing picking time. When all items on a pallet match pick requirements, the system automatically processes the entire pallet without manual confirmation. For partial matches, warehouse operators can choose to continue with standard picking or cancel. Warehouse movements support multi-lot license plate operations with a single scan. The system supports partial quantity movements with automatic generation and labeling of new license plates. Personal bin management has been enhanced to support quantity-specific operations and mixed pallet–building capabilities, streamlining complex warehouse movement scenarios. Warehouse operators can perform ad hoc license plate inventory adjustments directly from mobile scanning devices. Request forms can be customized with configurable headers and subheaders to provide context-specific guidance during adjustment operations. Receiving operations display and validate lot numbers across all inbound document types, including purchase orders, transfer receipts, and sales return orders. The system splits warehouse receipt lines based on item tracking requirements and performs real-time lot validation during mobile scanning. Transfer receipts enforce exact lot matching from shipments, while sales returns validate returned lots against customer shipment history. The system has been modernized to support Business Central parallel posting, allowing multiple users to post inventory and warehouse transactions at the same time. All explicit table locking has been removed, queries have been optimized for better performance, and long-running archiving operations now include commits to prevent timeout rollbacks. These enhancements improve transaction throughput in high-volume warehouse environments.

Full license plate scanning is supported for production consumption of warehouse picks when over-picking and under-picking are permitted in the production BOM. This feature lets warehouse users scan an entire license plate during production picks, even when the license plate quantity exceeds the pick quantity, streamlining production material consumption. Configure the Scan Mixed License Plate in Pick toggle on the Mobile Setup page, enabling warehouse pickers to scan a full license plate containing multiple lots of the same item during picking operations. This eliminates the need to scan each lot individually, reducing picking time while maintaining complete lot-level traceability.
