Publish reports from transport orders

After you have configured the document publication setup and the document publication reports, you can publish reports directly from the Transport Order and Posted Transport Order pages.

1. Select the Search icon , enter Transport Orders or Posted Transport Orders, and then choose the related link.
2. Select the desired document.
3. On the action bar, select one of the following actions:
   • Publish: Opens the Document Publication dialog, where you can review and edit the reports to be published. Select OK to proceed.
   • Publish Directly: Publishes the reports immediately as per the setup, without displaying the dialog.

• The Document Filter functionality is not supported for Transport Order and Posted Transport Order documents.
• To publish a transport order, the custom category code configured on the Transport Setup page must match the category code defined on the Report Selection/Layout page for the Transport Order report ID. If the Transport Order Custom Category Code field is empty on the Transport Setup page, the system throws an error when you attempt to publish from the Transport Order page.
• To publish a posted transport order, the custom category code configured on the Transport Setup page must match the category code defined on the Report Selection/Layout page for the Posted Transport Order report ID. If the Posted Transport Order Custom Category Code field is empty on the Transport Setup page, the system throws an error when you attempt to publish from the Posted Transport Order page.
