Apply document filters

You can select the Document Filter action on the Document Publication Report Selection and the Document Publication Layouts pages to apply specific filters to a report, for example, location code, sell-to customer number, and shipping method code.

• The Document Filter action is available for report lines when the Usage field value is set to Custom. Additionally, when this configuration is done, the system supports APR related price list report for customer-specific document filters.
• The filters applied to the reports on the Document Publication Report Selection page are automatically copied when executing the Copy from Report Selection action on the Document Publication Layouts page.
• If filters are edited on the Document Publication Layouts page, the system considers the updated filters instead of the filters on the Document Publication Report Selection page.
