If the Aptean Packaging extension is installed in Business Central, you can view the following fields in the Packaging group.

FieldDescription
Packaging CodeSpecifies the code associated with the package used in the production order. It also indicates whether the package is Item Bound or Order Bound.
Item No.Specifies the item number and description associated with the selected packaging code.
Total neededSpecifies the total number of packaging items required for the selected production order.
Items Per PackagingSpecifies the number of items that can be accommodated per package for the associated order.
Pack Configuration (Ti × Hi)Specifies the pallet stacking configuration in the format {No. of Shipping Units} ({Number per Layer}×{Number of Layers}) — for example, 48 (6×8). When No. of Shipping Units is greater than zero but Number per Layer or Number of Layers is zero, only the shipping units value is shown — for example, 25. The column is visible only when at least one packaging row has stacking data configured on the corresponding item packaging record. Rows without stacking data show a blank cell. Ti (Tier) indicates the number of items per layer; Hi (High) indicates the number of layers.

The Pack Configuration column is read-only on this page. To change the stacking values, edit the corresponding item packaging record in the Aptean Packaging extension.

The Customer group displays the information of the customer associated with the production order.
