What's new in version 2602.0.0.0
Enhancements/Modifications
With this release of the Aptean Product Specification extension,
-
The system correctly displays the Net Weight and Gross Weight field values on the Product Specification report (70234430) without unnecessary trailing zeros. Previously, values such as 0.00011 were printed as 0.000110000000000000000 in the Logistics section of the report.
-
The handling of ingredient groups in product specifications has been improved. You must assign Ingredient Group Codes field value on the Product Specification Semi Product page to enable proper nesting of ingredients in finished product declarations. Additionally, you can also view ingredient groups and their hierarchy on the Ingredient Nesting Tree page, improving the accuracy and consistency of food declarations across all product levels.

Resolved issues
The following issues have been resolved in this release.
| ID | Description |
|---|---|
| 367210 | The system fails to include the scrap % value when calculating the Expected Quantity field value on the Production Variance report. Instead, it uses an incorrect calculation method, which resulted in inaccurate and inconsistent values compared to the related field value in the production order component lines. |
| 367202 | The system fails to correctly apply the characterizing component (QUID) rules in the Ingredient Declaration section of the Product Specification report (Report 70234430), resulting in incorrect or missing QUID information in the output. |
| 369983 | The system fails to deploy version 2601.4.0.0 when it is included in the Aptean Advanced Bundle for Food & Beverage Manufacturing. |
