Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean Lot Management extension, the following functions in the LotNoProfileMgtFDW codeunit are available to developer extensions:

  • AssignNewLotNoInLotNoProfileCode(...)
  • AssignNewLotNoInLotNoProfileCode(..., AssignLotBasedOnDate)
  • AssignNewLotNoInLotNoProfileCode(..., AssignLotBasedOnDate, PeekNextNo)

You can use these functions to assign lot numbers based on lot number profile settings and tracking specifications.

Resolved issues

The following issues have been resolved in this release.

375219The system fails to export the Projected Inventory Availability report when the Lot Number field value contains special characters, such as parentheses (e.g., F190CF24 (RECOUNT)).
375572The system incorrectly applies the Vendor Production Date field value on the Item Tracking Lines page when multiple items share the same lot number, causing the Vendor Production Date field value to become non-editable and the entered date to be propagated across different items that use the same lot number.
