Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean Contract Management extension,

  • You can view all sales or purchase contracts directly on the related Customer Card or Vendor Card page using the Ongoing Sales Contract or Ongoing Purchase Contract tile on the FactBox. Alternatively, you can use the Sales Contracts or Purchase Contracts (Related > Documents> Sales Contracts/ Purchase Contracts) action on the Customer Card or Vendor Card page to view the list of associated contracts.

  • You can view all sales or purchase contracts on the associated order or return order using the Ongoing Sales Contract or Ongoing Purchase Contract tile on the FactBox.

  • You can create a contract from the related customer or vendor card page using the Sales Contract or Purchase Contract (Actions > New Document > Sales Contract / Purchase Contract) action. This enhancement addresses the issue reported in bug ID #347088.

  • Changes have been made to remove references to the deprecated Document Attachment Factbox part from the PurchaseContract131FDW, SalesContract131FDW, and SalesContracts131FDW pages to ensure compatibility with 365 Business Central, version 28.

UI/UX changes

The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release.

  • The Ongoing Sales Contract tile has been added to the Sell-to Customer Sales History FactBox on the following pages:

    • Customers list
    • Customer Card
    • Sales Order
    • Sales Return Order

  • The Ongoing Purchase Contract tile has been added to the Buy-from Vendor History FactBox on the following pages:

    • Vendors list
    • Vendor Card
    • Purchase Order
    • Purchase Return Order

Resolved issues

The following issues have been resolved in this release.
