Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean Contract Management extension, you can:

  • Retain the original dates on the sales document by turning on the Retain Dates On Sales Document toggle on the Contract Setup page when you assign a contract.

  • View the remaining quantity available on a contract in the Contract Qty. Remaining field value on the sales pages. This field complements the existing Contract Quantity Outstanding field.

  • You can view this field on the Sales Contract Lines and Sales Lines List pages when you filter by the Document Type field value set to Contract. The field is hidden by default, but you can enable it through personalization.

  • Assign sales contracts to sales lines in the Contract No. field regardless of unit of measure (UOM). However, you can change the sales line UOM after assignment without validation errors or blocking messages.

  • Assign purchase contracts to purchase lines in the Contract No. field regardless of unit of measure (UOM). However, you can change the purchase line UOM after assignment without validation errors or blocking messages.

UI/UX changes

The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release.

  • The Contract Qty. Remaining field has been added to the Sales Contract Lines and Sales Lines List pages.
  • The Retain Dates On Sales Document toggle has been added to the Contract Setup page.

Resolved issues

The following issues have been resolved in this release.
