Customs document mgt. setup

In the customs document mgt. setup, you define general characteristics that apply to your company and the companies processes.

1. Select the Search icon , enter Customs Document Mgt. Setup, and then choose the related link.

2. On the Customs Document Mgt. Setup page, fill in the fields as necessary. Hover over a field to read a short description.

When the EMCS Service Type is set with Direct Service, you need to specify the service in the connector setup.

Transfer Documents FastTab

On the Transfer Documents FastTab, configure when IE815 customs documents are created for transfer orders:

Field	Description
Create IE815 on Transfer Order Release	Specifies whether to create the IE815 message when a transfer order with one or more EMCS mandatory lines is released.
Create IE815 from Posted Transfer Shpt. Automatically	Specifies whether the IE815 message should be created automatically when items are shipped from a transfer order.
