Features

With the feature added in this release of the Aptean Beverage Customs Document Management extension, the creation of IE815 customs documents can be automated for transfer orders. Customs documents are created automatically when a transfer order is released or when a transfer shipment is posted, removing the need for manual customs document creation after transfer order posting. Per-location overrides are available on the Location Card page to fine-tune the behaviour for individual locations. Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean Beverage Customs Document Management extension, the Invoice No. field on the Customs Document page is now also visible for outbound customs documents. For outbound documents, the Invoice No. field value follows the Document No. field value on each IE815 send, until the IE801 is received and the value is locked. When an incoming IE810 cancellation is processed, the Invoice No. field value is blanked so that the next IE815 send re-populates it from the Document No. field.

UI/UX changes

The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release.

  • The Transfer Documents FastTab has been added to the Customs Document Mgt. Setup page.
  • The Create IE815 on Transfer Order Release field has been added to the Customs Document Mgt. Setup page.
  • The Create IE815 from Posted Transfer Shpt. Automatically field has been added to the Customs Document Mgt. Setup page.
  • The Create IE815 on Transfer Order Release field has been added to the Location Card page.
  • The Create IE815 from Posted Transfer Shpt. Automatically field has been added to the Location Card page.
  • The Invoice No. field on the Customs Document page is now visible for both inbound and outbound customs documents.

Resolved issues

The following issue has been resolved in this release.
