Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean Beverage Advanced Warehouse Management extension, Drink-IT Edition, the following enhancements have been made.

• FEFO tracking assignment for lot-tracked items considers the Posting Date field value when the Expiration Date field value is blank. If all lots have an Expiration Date field value, the lot with the earliest Expiration Date field value is assigned first. If no lots have an Expiration Date field value, the lot with the oldest Posting Date field value is assigned first; if some of those lots have no Posting Date field value, lots with a Posting Date field value are assigned before lots without one. If an item has a mix of lots with and without an Expiration Date field value, the system displays a notification instead of processing the assignment.

• The system validates that License Plate tracking is enabled for an item before opening the License Plate tracking dialog from an item journal line, a warehouse journal line, a sales line, a purchase line, a transfer line, a warehouse receipt line, or a warehouse shipment line. When the item does not have License Plate tracking enabled, an error is raised and the dialog does not open.

• The posting performance of ad hoc license plate movements has been significantly improved, reducing processing time during warehouse activity registration and posting.

Resolved issues

The following issues have been resolved in this release.

353883	The system fails to enforce license plate tracking on the scanner when the LP Tracking Code field is configured at the SKU level. Instead, the License Plate No. must have a value in Warehouse Journal Line error is displayed when posting from the Activity List page.
372693	The system fails to reset the packaging quantity when a registered pick is cancelled, resulting in too much packaging being shipped and invoiced when the Warehouse Shipment is posted with an underdelivery.
373758	The system fails to set the correct Item Ledger Entry No. field value on the warehouse entry for every lot when registering a pick or warehouse adjustment for an item tracked with multiple lots, causing license plate resolution to fail for all lots except the last lot processed.
376973	The system fails to complete the Create Pick action within a reasonable time, causing significant performance delays when creating and printing picks.
382668	The system fails to post a Warehouse Receipt containing multiple items with combined License Plate and lot number tracking on the same receipt.
383368	An error occurs when posting a warehouse receipt that contains multiple license plates with the same lot number for a license plate- and lot-tracked item, stating that the License Plate Reservation Entry already exists error.
383454	The system fails to verify the LP Tracking Code field configuration before assigning a license plate type on the Warehouse Receipt page, causing license plate types to be assigned to receipt lines for items that do not have license plate tracking enabled.
