View QA status on lot attributes

The QA Status field on the Lot Attribute Value Selection page tracks the QA testing outcome for each lot attribute. It provides a quick indicator of whether a lot attribute has passed quality testing. The field is automatically populated when QA test results are linked to a lot attribute, and can also be manually set by users.

To view and set QA status on lot attributes, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Search icon , enter Items, and then choose the related link.

    The Item List page opens.

  2. Select the item with lot tracking to view its lot attribute values.

  3. Navigate to the lot attribute values for the relevant lot.

    The Lot Attribute Value Selection page opens.

  4. Review the QA Status field, which displays the current QA testing outcome for each lot attribute.

When a lot attribute value is populated through QA testing, the QA Status field is automatically set based on the QA test result.

  1. To manually set the QA status, select the QA Status field and choose the appropriate status from the dropdown.

  2. Close the page to save your changes.
