Features

With the features added in this release of the Aptean Weight Scale Registration extension,

  • You can assign lot attributes directly from the Weigh Scale Registration page using the Assign Lot Attributes action, which includes a keyboard shortcut for quick access. This action was previously available only on the Item Tracking Lines page. Additionally, after saving the weigh scale registration, the linked lot attributes are associated with the weigh scale entry. When the weigh scale entries are transferred to the item tracking line using the Transfer Weigh Scale Entries action, the associated lot attributes are linked to the item tracking line. Finally, when posting the warehouse receipt, the associated lot attributes are linked to the Lot No. Information Card page.

  • You can edit the Expiration Date field value on the Weigh Scale Registration page when the linked item tracking code page has the Require Expiration Date Entry toggle turned on. Additionally, when you change the Expiration Date field value after using the Create License Plate or Assign Lot No. action, the system automatically recreates the lot number based on the updated date, ensuring consistency with the item tracking page behavior.

UI/UX changes

The Assign Lot Attributes action has been added to the Weigh Scale Registration page.
