Enhancements/Modifications
With this release of the Aptean Beverage Tax Management extension, Drink-IT Edition, the rounding precision and direction for the unit price on tax lines attached to sales and purchase document lines can be configured on the Tax Management Setup page. When a rounding precision is specified, the unit tax amount is rounded according to the configured precision and direction before it is applied to the attached document line. This rounding applies only to the unit price on the attached charge line and has no impact on tax document lines or tax ledger entries. Tax ledger entries continue to use five decimal places in background calculations. As a result, the charged amount on the attached document line may differ slightly from the calculated tax ledger entry amount — this difference is the intended result of the rounding configuration.

Resolved issues
The following issues have been resolved in this release.
| ID | Description |
|---|---|
| 375840 | The system fails to prevent attached charge lines from being duplicated when creating a sales order from an archived sales order with the Recalculate Lines option disabled. |
| 361301 | The system fails to update the document tax line amounts on release after a source document line field value referenced by the formula defined in the taxes, such as the Unit Price field value, is changed. |
| 382225 | An error occurs when creating a purchase order for a vendor with recurring purchase lines set to automatic insertion, displaying the error "The Purchase Header does not exist". |
| 382381 | The system fails to update the Return Qty. to Receive and Qty. to Assign field values on the attached charge line of a sales return order when the return order is created via the Get Posted Document Lines to Reverse action and the parent line quantity is changed. |
| 384926 | The system fails to assign the correct bin code to the receipt tax ledger entry when posting an item reclassification journal between bins with different excise types, causing both entries to display the source bin code and resulting in incorrect tax movement reports. |
| 385387 | The system fails to update the Qty. to Assign field value on the attached charge line when a sales order or sales return order is released with the Sales Document Calc. Point field set to Validation on the Tax Management Setup page and the item line quantity has been changed after initial line validation. |
| 387291 | An error occurs when changing the Quantity field on a sales return order line created via the Get Posted Document Lines to Reverse action after setting the Reason Code field to a non-blocked tax rule reason code, displaying the This transaction is not allowed for Tax on this location error. |
| 387324 | The system fails to create charge lines on the release of a sales order when the sales order is created from a released sales order via the Copy Document action with the Recalculate Lines option disabled. When the Recalculate Lines option is disabled, the Copied from Posted Document field on the copied sales lines is set to true, which previously prevented charge lines from being created on release. The Copied from Posted Document field is only cleared when key fields on the sales line are changed, which allows the lines to be fully recalculated. Changing the Quantity field does not clear this flag and only updates the quantity on the attached charge lines and the associated document lines. |
