The following issue has been resolved in this release.

351786	The system fails to include the quantity and amount of the based item type in the minimum evaluation of a periodic condition when a condition rule has the Item Type and Minimum Based on Item Type fields set to different item categories, such as Classification Item and Classification Other. Because the based item's quantity and spend are not accumulated, neither the Minimum Quantity nor the Minimum Amount of the rate is reached and no settlement line is suggested.
