Configure profile rules

You can configure field-level override rules using the tree-grid interface to customize the data appearance on the reports. To configure profile rules, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Search icon , enter Report Profiles, and then choose the related link.
    The Report Profiles page opens.
  2. Select the report profile you want to configure.
  3. On the Report Profile card page, expand the Profile Rules section.
  4. To add a new rule, on the action bar, select New.
  5. In the Field Name field, select the field you want to apply a rule to.
  6. Configure the rule parameters based on your requirements.
  7. Select the Active checkbox to enable the rule.
