Integration with Aptean Contract Management

When the Aptean Document Publication extension is used in conjunction with the Aptean Contract Management extension, the system allows you to publish reports directly from the Sales Contract, Purchase Contract, Sales Contracts, and Purchase Contracts pages using the Publish and Publish Directly actions. This enables users to quickly email or print sales and purchase contract documents without manually downloading reports.

To make reports available from contract documents, follow these steps:

1. Configure the reports on the Document Publication Report Selection page with the Usage field value set to Custom and assign a Custom Category field value. For more information, see Set up document publication reports.

2. Assign the matching custom category codes in the Sales Contract Custom Category Code and Purchase Contract Custom Category Code fields on the Contract Setup page in the Aptean Contract Management extension.
