Integration with Aptean Production Scheduling

The Aptean Production Order Linkage extension is used in conjunction with the Aptean Production Scheduling extension to respect scheduler lock statuses during date propagation. When downstream production orders are locked by the scheduler, date propagation is blocked with clear error messages, preserving scheduler decisions and preventing unintended schedule changes.
