Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean Global Trade extension,

  • The system populates the Container No. field in the warehouse shipment lines when a journey is loaded, enabling warehouse users to identify which shipment lines belong to which container.
  • You can create individual warehouse pick documents per container from the Warehouse Shipment page using the new Create Pick per Container action. The system creates one pick document per container, filtered to that container's shipment lines only.
  • You can move one or more containers from one journey to another in a single operation using the new Reassign to Journey action on the Container Loads subpage.

  • You can define the Item No. (Manifest Translation Value) field on the Original Manifest Lines page related to the Manifest page to display the full item description from the imported manifest file. The Item No. field on the same Original Manifest Lines subpage shows the truncated value (first 20 characters), while the system now uses the full value from Item No. (Manifest Translation Value) to match against the Translation Value on the Manifest Translations page. When a match is found, the corresponding System Value (the actual BC Item No.) is resolved and displayed in the Item No. field on the Manifest Lines subpage along with the correct Item Description field value. This enhancement addresses the issue reported in bug ID #371768.

UI/UX changes

The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release.

  • The Create Pick per Container action has been added to the Warehouse Shipment page.
  • The Reassign to Journey action has been added to the Container Loads subpage on the Journey page.
  • The Container No. field has been added to the Warehouse Shipment Lines and Warehouse Pick Lines pages.

Resolved issues

The following issue has been resolved in this release.

IDDescription
371768The system fails to correctly match items during manifest import because the Item No. field value on the Original Manifest Lines subpage is truncated to the first 20 characters. This causes the system to be unable to resolve the correct System Value field from the Manifest Translations page, resulting in incorrect item resolution and item description on the Manifest Lines subpage.
