Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean Beverage Foundation Management extension, Drink-IT Edition, converting a sales or purchase quote to an order via the Make Order action correctly populates the Opening Time, Closing Time, and Delivery Time Code field values on the resulting order, matching the behavior of directly created orders. On sales orders, when the quote's Shipment Date field value is blank, in the past, or does not match the customer's next scheduled shipment date for the assigned route, the system recalculates it to the next valid date; the same logic applies to the Expected Receipt Date field value on purchase orders. If the recalculated date differs from the original, a confirmation is requested before applying it.

Resolved issues

The following issue has been resolved in this release.

379468	An error occurs when creating a new company by using the Evaluation - Contoso Sample Data option while the Aptean Standard Measurements extension is installed.
387427	The system does not preserve the Document No. field value on a Cash Receipt Journal or Payment Journal line when a Loan or Rent invoice is applied via Apply Entries. A suffix is appended to the document number each time the OK button is clicked on the Apply Entries page.
