Integration with Aptean Advanced Attributes

When the Aptean Customer Specification Profiles extension is used in conjunction with the Aptean Advanced Attributes extension, it uses lot-level attribute data for compliance checks. The Aptean Advanced Attributes extension must be installed and configured before the Aptean Customer Specification Profiles extension can be used.

The attribute criteria defined on a specification profile such as moisture percentage, potency, pH, or grade are evaluated against lot attribute values stored in Aptean Advanced Attributes at each compliance check stage: sales order entry, warehouse picking, and shipment posting.

Attribute names configured in specification profile criteria must match the attribute names defined in Aptean Advanced Attributes. If a lot does not have a value stored in Aptean Advanced Attributes for an attribute referenced by a profile, the lot is treated as non-compliant for that attribute.

Ensure that lot attribute values are populated in Aptean Advanced Attributes for all inventory subject to specification enforcement before activating profiles.
